Space in the exhibition is available as follows:
2m x 2m: £600 + VAT
3m x 2m: £800 + VAT
4m x 2m: £1,000 + VAT
3m x 3m: £1,100 + VAT
4m x 3m: £1,400 + VAT
Prices include:
- lunch for two people on both days of the event
- tabletop surfaces and chairs, if required
- free 100 words in exhibition catalogue
- 20% discount on delegate places
Delegate Bag Insert
Insert in the conference bag given to each delegate at registration: £500 + VAT
(one piece of literature, up to A4 size)
Advertising in the Delegate Manual
One page black and white advert in the delegate manual: £500 + VAT
Literature Display
Put your brochures and flyers on show: £250 + VAT
(one or two pieces of literature, up to A4 size)
